Brent Walton, Glasshield Wellington
I started my working career as a motor mechanic in 1986 and gave this up in 1999 to start installing UV-protection products on windows. In 2001 we started installing window film. I am a perfectionist, and this means I treat your installation as if it’s mine. I belong to the Window Film Association of Australia and New Zealand, and I’ve also gained international accreditations, including being one of only a couple of registered master tinters in the Wellington area.
Work highlights to date include completing the largest EnerLogic VEP70 installation in Australasia, for ANZ in the Wellington CBD.
Noeleen Winsor, Glasshield Auckland
I’ve been in the kitchen and building industry for the past 25 years and come from a family of builders. We are passionate about building and interiors so when the opportunity arose for us to branch into the area of flat glass window film application it was a good fit.
My background as an associate chartered accountant, managing businesses in an entrepreneurial and building interiors environment was perfect for me to take this business to the next level. We offer a fantastic, well-supported, high-quality product with a manufacturer’s warranty that has its place in the market for both commercial and residential clients.
The best part of this business is the customer and the results they can feel as soon as the film is applied to the window panes. It is such a thrill!
Ivan Dowd, Glasshield Tauranga
Ivan is an expert in window tinting and strives for perfection in his work. He has lived with his wife and two sons in Katikati for the last 20 years on a lifestyle block where he grows feijoas. Ivan likes to keep busy on the orchard and when the weather permits takes to the golf course for a round!
